HIMAFORMAS Improve Student Self-Management Skills Through LKMM-PD Activities

Semarang- Pre-Basic Student Management Skills Training Activities (LKMM-PD) is the most basic training for students to get training material on self-management as a first step as a condition for participating in LKMMD and other regeneration processes, held on September 26, October 2 and October 3 2021 through Video Conference Zoom Meeting.

In addition to participating in the advanced regeneration stage, new students are also required to take part in this activity until they are declared passed to improve their soft skills. Various materials were delivered by resource persons who have experience related to the material. The committee took a number of names to serve as resource persons, including Salsabila (Wakabem SV’21), Silvi Sitaviana (Gold Medal Winner), Muhammad Gaddafi (Kabem SV’21), Maulana Hanif Ghifari (Kabem SV’19), Faris Ramzy (Kadiv PM K&PSDM Bem SV’21), Diva Sinar Rembulan (Wakabem FISIP’20), Ichwan Nugraha Budjang (Head of PSDM Bem Undip’21), and Amryl Ilham Naufal Mahinsha (Head of Senate Bem Undip’21).

This activity was successfully carried out without any obstacles, which means that it has gone according to the expected schedule of events. This activity is expected to be able to shape the character of students in managing themselves well, so that they have the provisions to take part in organizational activities later.
