2021 Inhum Student Satisfaction Survey Results
Indicator description:
1. Reliability: the ability of lecturers, educational staff and managers to provide services
2. Responsiveness; the willingness of lecturers, educational staff, and administrators to help students and provide services quickly.
3. Assurance: the ability of lecturers, educational staff and administrators to provide assurance to students that the services provided are in accordance with provisions.
4. Empathy: the willingness/concern of lecturers, educational staff and administrators to pay attention to students.
5. Tangible: student assessment of the adequacy, accessibility, and quality of facilities and infrastructure
Evaluation and Follow-up of the 2021 Survey Results
1. Reliability: preparing DTPS to apply for lecturer certification, further doctoral studies, as well as conducting training on developing lecture methods, service training for educational staff.
2. Responsiveness: excellent service training, both offline and online, for lecturers and education staff.
3. Assurance: Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for educational services to students. Lecturers deliver lesson plans (RPS) and teaching materials at the beginning of the course, and provide learning evaluations at the end of the semester as a form of transparency for students.
4. Empathy: providing service time for academic and educational guidance both offline and online.
5. Tangible: complete facilities and infrastructure such as internet speed, mini studio laboratory, library, business incubation room, archive digitization room and library digitization.
Satisfaction Survey through SIPUAS
SIPUAS Vokasi is a system created by the Undip Vocational School to measure the satisfaction of students, lecturers, educational staff, and partners within the Undip Vocational School.
SIPUAS will be evaluated periodically every semester.

2022 SIPUAS Survey Results
Based on the results of the satisfaction survey conducted through SIPUAS Vokasi, five aspects can be seen: Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangibility. The average rating is based on the overall survey results with stakeholders, namely lecturers, educational staff, students, and collaboration partners. The satisfaction rating for stakeholders is predominantly “Good” with a score of 68.16%. Meanwhile, the score for “Unsatisfied” is 1.63%.
The highest level of dissatisfaction is in the aspect of Responsiveness. This means that service improvements are needed.
